The Story

Not theory. Not motivation. What actually worked under pressure.

In 2018, my father passed away. That same year, I started in serviced accommodation, with no system, no playbook, just figuring it out.

By 2021, I'd sourced property UK-wide and closed an assisted sale at £1,425,000, £125k over asking. The following year I was running JV development deals and managing strip-out projects on site, not from a desk.

Somewhere in the middle of all that, I had to leave the country for an extended period. The serviced accommodation business kept running. Smart locks, rotating access codes, automated guest messaging, all of it built by me, through trial and error, because no off-the-shelf tool did what I actually needed.

That's the difference between reading about systems and being forced to build one because the business had to survive without you in the room.

I've been a sourcer, a JV partner, an assisted sale operator, a project manager, and a conveyancing guide. Now I help other property professionals build the same kind of systems, properly, without the years of trial and error I went through to learn it.
