With the passing of my father in 2018 there were decisions that had to be made instantly. My brother was living with my father in London and the bills were just too high for him to manage alone. We had been researching creative property strategies listening to podcasts and reading books, but it was crunch time. An executive decision was made which I pushed due to the situation. And on a Saturday evening in November 2018 the rent-to-rent company was born, utilising the property that was there and we started generating cashflow within days with a hybrid Serviced Accommodation and HMO strategy.

I'm already busy... How long is it going to take me to get through the program?

While the time it takes for you to get through depends completely on the pace you go, it’s designed so that you spend at least 2 -3 hours per day on completed tasks in order to get your deals.

What is achievable and how long?

Whatever you set your mind to, you can achieve. With the correct action and implementation and support behind you when you have questions. It is really down to the persons effort and consistency.

What if I just don’t like the program after I enroll?
