I’ve always been a hustler. At 14, I was flipping lollipops at school—buying them for 50p, selling for £1, running between buses to catch deals.

By 17, I was delivering chicken and chips at lunchtimes—charging 50p per order, filling my moped and later my car. At the time, I wasn’t thinking “entrepreneur”—I was thinking “survival.”

But property was always in my heart. As a kid in NW London, I’d sketch houses for fun. In 2004, I got my first taste of property development—on-site every week as my dad’s JV build progressed, even designing the layout on The Sims 2.

My lowest point? Arrested twice in 4 months. Kids left stranded at school and nursery. Broke. Bank balance: £20K to £20. It forced me to realise: my sustenance is not from me. My rizq is from Allah.

So I changed everything: tahajjud, masjid, sunnah prayers, Arabic, Qur'an—building a business that serves Allah, not the dunya.

Now, I help Muslim entrepreneurs do the same: build systemised, halal income streams so they can pray on time, homeschool their kids, and live a life of freedom.
